Returns and refund claims must be made within 30 days of your order date.

Due to the health of our customers and their pets we cannot accept opened packages.

Items must be returned in new, original condition in its original packaging. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear.
