Ice & Decorate
Be sure your cookies are cool so you don't melt your frosting! Pour powdered sugar into a bowl Add two Teaspoons of water. Mix it up, it'll be chunky. Slowly add the third until is starts to turn into icing. Be careful not to water it down too much and make it too thin. You'll have to dig through the pantry and find some powdered sugar to thicken it back...
